United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.

International shipping outside the GCC may be available upon request.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days
GCC Countries: 2–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Éliris is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
